Good location friendly staff clean room and bathroom.

Nothing. The hotel refused to take into account my reservation.

They didn’t change our towels we went out for some hours we came back to the room

The swimming pool was pleasant and it was close to a very good restaurant.

we arrived late evening, the manager was there at that time he received us with a smile ,the room was good and big .

I liked that it was available last minute and the fact that it was clean and kid friendly. I was also surprised that there was a pool there. The staff were extremely friendly and their service was good.

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, really it was a pleasant stay because of him. He helped us with eating dinner as it was ramadan time and not many options, but he found us a place. He booked a tour of the city and the driver was not in a rush. WOW he was very professional and patient. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

nothing went write with this hotel , actually we aimed to stay one day in fas .unfortunately ,we selected the hotel based on booking rating and we reserved three twin rooms which were not meet our satisfaction. the bathroom rooms were not cleaned and room doors were not closed also AC were not working in addition bad smell

It was 46 degrees celsius the day I arrived the air conditioned room made my stay very comfortable. Also the staff was friendly and helpful extremely affordable with the discount I’m telling my daughter who’s on her way I would definitely go back

The room was big, comfortable bed, hot shower with great pressure, the stuff was very friendly, breakfast was good.

The hotel was conveniently located near Oued Fes and the scenery was beautiful. The staff was very courteous. Room service was very detailed. Ask for Mikki at the front desk.
